Spring Herbal Medicine Making Workshop

Updated: Apr 17

Spring.

When everything around us and inside us is awakening with hope and the will to live.

Time to drop what serve us no more, to renew thoughts and feelings and plans. Time to feel rejuvenated. Time to bring in new life from Nature, in our bodies and hearts.

And herbs can be precious friends along the way.

I invite you to join me for a workshop at my home where we will make some herbal medicine, enjoy a home-cooked lunch and learn about the natural vitality herbs can add to our nourishment.

Nettle, Plantain, Dandelion and Brambles will be among the herbs we will focus on and we will get the chance to see them in the garden. We will also taste them and learn about their medicinal qualities.

What you will get from the workshop:

  • you will learn how to make an infused herbal apple cider vinegar and you will take home a bottle of the precious medicine;

  • you will learn how to make an oxymel (ancient herbal medicine) and you will take home a bottle of the precious medicine;

  • you will learn food recipes using herbs and will get to enjoy the food at lunch;

  • you will learn how to make a detoxifying but delicious water;

  • you will connect with like-minded people and enjoy a few hours talking about herbs;

  • you will enjoy herbal teas and some other surprise goodies.

When: Saturday May 3 from 11.00 to 15.00 pm.

Where: at my home in Brinlack.
