With flowers blooming and whispers of summer in between cloudy days, I feel the call of the garden every day. And with that, the will to share some of my rituals with you all, so you too can become guardians of the generous plants out there.
This month I am organising a set of two workshops to deepen the knowledge of making herbal oils and balms (or salves). We’ll make herbal oils using two different methods and you’ll get to take home a bottle. The oils we’ll make you can use in food or you can use as body oils for nourishing your skin, easing joint or muscular tension and pain.

On the second day we’ll make balms (or salves) - which you will also get to take home - to be used for various ailments such as back pain, inflammatory conditions (such as arthritis), tensed muscles, bruises, bone health etc.
The two workshops are closely connected as it’s important to make good herbal oils, which carry the plant medicine, before making the salves.
Workshop 1: Herbal oils making
Sunday, June 21 from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Workshop 2: Herbal balms making
Saturday, June 27 from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Total cost for two workshops (including potions you will take home and food and drinks tastings): 65 euro
Cost per workshop (including potions you will take home and food and drinks tastings): 45 euro
I can take a maximum of ten participants for each workshop and registration closes on Friday, June 19th midnight.
